US Technology Giant Qualcomm Inc., came to an agreement with SMIC Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation SMIC, Huawei and Belgian firm Imec to create a Joint venture for advanced 14-nanometer chips.
The JV will also help SMIC China to boost its Internationally technology, the firms also pays $975 million fine for the above JV.
