Asian Markets Mixed, European Markets Sell-off on Poor Unemployment, PMI Numbers

EU unemployment hit new records in January, increasing to 11.9% from 11.8% with number of jobless people in EU standing at under 19M.

Eurozone February Manufacturing PMI came in unchanged from January at 47.9.

European stocks falling approximately 1% across the board with Paris down 1.4%
