NRG Yield Inc., a major solar energy firm, has been agreed to acquire Interest in Largest Operating Solar Farm in North America, California.
An agreement signed with GE Energy Financial Services to acquire 25% stake in Desert Sunlight Solar Farm in Riverside, CA.
The cost of the project will be $285 Million, plus $287.4 Million of project level debt.
