Logitech International., has announced that in the board of directors meeting shareholders at its next annual general meeting (AGM) to approve the election to the board of directors of three new nominees.
1. Sue Gove, president of Excelsior Advisors and former president and CEO of Golfsmith International
2. Lung Yeh, managing director of Enspire Capital
3. Edouard Bugnion, professor at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and a founder of both VMware and Nuova Systems.
The decision was made as the co-founder Daniel Borel, Monika Ribar and Matthew Bousquette have decided to step down .
