First Solar, Inc., has made some key changes in its Top Management as under:
Georges J. Antoun is now President, reporting to CEO, with additional duties of Business Development in US.
Philip Tymen de Jong, is now Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the CEO, will have comprehensive leadership responsibility for areas including manufacturing, engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”).
