Invacare Corporation., has announce d the sale of its Medical devices rentals business.
The cost of the deal is for approximately $15,500,000 in cash, subject to certain post-closing adjustments.
AS per CEO the firms want to focus on core business of design, manufacture and distribution of medical devices.
