Fiat Prices Debt Offering $FCAU
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has offered $3 billion for five-year and eight-year bonds to use the proceeds to pay off existing debt. FCA US has a $3.1 billion loan due in 2017, a $1.7 billion loan due in 2018 and $6 billion in bonds due in 2019 and 2021. View the full release here.
