Baidu, Inc. , the leading Chinese language Internet search firm, has announced a Debt offering of $1.25 Billion Financing.
The financing consists of US$750 million of 3.000% notes due 2020 and US$500 million of 4.125% notes due 2025.
The joint book-runners of the offering are Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
